BLW cheat-sheet food guide

It's always exciting to introduce a new food to your baby when you first start baby-led weaning! But eventually, there won’t be any new foods to try, and the excitement will fade. At this point, I have made at least 400 lunches, so I often find myself staring blankly into the fridge, wondering what to feed Henry 😅 You will eventually figure out your kiddo's favorite foods and you can always incorporate a few staples into each meal, but it is important to continue to give them a variety so they don’t become a picky eater. I created a simple guide to erase the "what do I feed my kid" stress from your day-to-day life. Pick one item from each column and TADAAAAA, you have a yummy, wholesome lunch ready to eat! Keep in mind- this is mostly aimed towards kiddos who are experienced in eating, aka they can eat a carrot that isn’t boiled to a mush haha! I left off the more common items (like chicken nuggets, fries, and mac n cheese) because I wanted to give you some ideas you might not typically think of. Print it off, hang it on your fridge, and feel confident that you're feeding your kid a well-rounded meal!
